At SPK Store (Pvt) Ltd, we strive for customer satisfaction:

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items that are only defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

3. Process: To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and proof of purchase.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Items on clearance or customized products cannot be returned.

Advance payments for pre-orders are non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.

6. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
