1. Brand Warranty Coverage
DJI, Potensic, Insta360, FIMI, and Apexel products are covered strictly under their official manufacturer warranty policies. SPK Store will assist customers in contacting the relevant company or service center.
Other products will follow SPK Store’s limited warranty, as stated on the product listing or invoice.
2. Warranty Claim Timeframes
For drones and gimbals, please allow 2–3 months for the warranty claim process to be completed. This timeframe accounts for inspection, shipping, and manufacturer processing times.
Other product categories will be handled within standard timelines communicated during the claim process.
3. What Is Covered
Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, within the brand’s warranty period.
4. What Is Not Covered
Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Consumables (e.g., propellers, batteries) unless explicitly included by the manufacturer.
Cosmetic wear or issues that do not affect performance.
Products without valid proof of purchase.
5. Claim Process
1. Contact SPK Store via WhatsApp or email with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
2. Provide proof of purchase and, if required, supporting photos or videos.
3. SPK Store will coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized service center and keep you updated throughout the 2–3 month claim process.
4. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
SPK Store (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for delays or decisions made by manufacturers or service centers.
